Kaela Beugnet
President & Co-Founder

Kaela is a Wisconsin native and graduate of Marquette University Class of 2020. She went on to pursue and obtain her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Marquette University. Kaela is a passionate pro-life advocate and spent two years leading campus-wide efforts to support women in crisis pregnancies in the Milwaukee area. In her free time, Kaela enjoys baking, running and spending time with her family. Her dream for Leap for Joy is that it will encourage and empower women who walk the road of a difficult pregnancy to feel supported every step of the way.
Tim Conrad
Vice President
South English, Iowa
Tim is an Iowa native, and avid Hawkeye fan. Tim and his wife Lisa have been married 19 yrs, and have 4 children. Tim is very active in his local parish, and Knights of Columbus chapter. He has been a volunteer fireman for past 12 years. Tim enjoys spending time with his 9 siblings, in-laws, 18 nieces and nephews, and 1 great nephew.
Sarah Campbell

Sarah’s passion for helping others has shaped the path of her life! A proud alum of the University of Wisconsin- Madison, she is currently attending graduate school at the Catholic University of America in Washington D.C, where she is studying Nonprofit Management. Previously, Sarah worked in fundraising for a pregnancy resource center in Milwaukee. A strong proponent of the consistent life ethic, Sarah is passionate about supporting women through every step of their pregnancies and beyond. Her favorite pastimes include cheering for Wisconsin sports teams, wandering around museums, and trying as many new coffee shops as she can.
Kathleen Kruse
Director of Communications
Wauwatosa, WI
Kathleen is a recent graduate of Marquette University Law School, and now practices criminal defense law. She is also a proud alumnus of Hillsdale College, where she began her pro-life leadership as the president of Hillsdale for Life. Kathleen’s passion for the principles of human dignity have influenced her career, and continually inspire her to serve women in need. In her free time, Kathleen loves reading romance novels, hiking, and visiting with friends over a local brew.
